The most anticipated collaborative album, “Watch The Throne” was expected to sell over 400k. The official numbers are in and Jay-Z and Kanye’s album has arrived at No.1 on on the Billboard 200 albums chart with a total of 436,079 copies sold [320,893 (digital) and 115,186 (physical)]. It is the second largest sales weeks of the year for an album with Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” in the lead with 1.1 million copies sold. Will Lil Wayne’s The Carter IV trump the rap duo in album sales?
